The Integrated T-1
Have you ever wanted an Internet connection that was bigger and more robust than a DSL or at least something that was more “business class”? The perfect solution to this is an Integrated T-1. These T-1′s combine voice, long distance and Internet access all over one connection. T-1′s offer the reliability that a business customer demands. Up and down bandwidth begins consistently at 1.5 Mb – something you won’t get with most DSL or cable Internet connections. Integrated Ts can deliver voice to analog lines or to a PRI interface. Some of the carriers that you might consider for this type of service are Integra, Paetec, XO, or Qwest. You can get integrated service with as few as 4 voice lines.

I liked your blog posting – I never really understood what Integrated meant until I read this.

Thanks for distilling this terminology down into a an explanation I could understand. I’m seriously considering an integrated T-1 for my small pet supply business.
